Orders in stock in our warehouse are prepared within 2 or 3 business days (except during peak periods like Sales, Private sales, etc). Delivery time may vary depending on the country of delivery, carrier, and customs. For further details about delivery conditions, read our FAQ.

How can I return my product ?

Once you receive your order at your address, you have 14 business days to make your return on the website. In your customer account, you will be able to view your order history in “Orders” and “Sent” and generate your return documents.

Is online payment secure ?

We accept payment by CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal or payment in 3 or 4 installments.
Transactions are secured by the Hipay payment system (https://hipay.com/fr/). All information exchanged to process payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Nor is it stored on our computer systems.

You will be notified by email when your order leaves our warehouse in France. This message will contain a parcel number to track your order online.
